Publishing Content

Within CampaignManager a “Campaign” is the basic unit of work. A Campaign consists of media, a schedule and distribution information. When creating a new Campaign, you will be asked three simple questions:

Targeting your content

CampaignManager has a unique categorization engine which allows you to categorize your Dappler audio devices so that content can then be targeted based on this information. Categorize speakers according to demographic information, size of store, revenue per store or any other business rule you have associated with your network and target your campaign according to this recorded information.

Triggers and Audio on Demand

Triggers allow the immediate interruption of a playing Campaign with another Campaign in response to an event. This can include Audio on Demand for training or simple sales promotions linked to certain stimulus that the customer or store manager ‘triggers’.

CampaignManager gives you the ability to preview your campaign by selecting the audio file(s) and listening to them centrally before publishing.

Scheduling
